Two old friends who shared a common love for advertising, Eric Gasparro and Kieran O’Driscoll have been working in Dublin’s creative industry since 2014. They started working as a creative team in 2015 in Epsilon Dublin, after separate stints in Rothco and eightytwenty. At the start of 2018 they joined Guns or Knives, part of Rothco | Accenture Interactive.

They believe that no idea is too stupid, too out there or too big for a brief. In 2018, they won the IAPI Cannes Young Lions Film Competition, and represented Ireland in the international Young Lions in Film Competition in Cannes. On their return, they set to work bringing their winning idea to life for Concern. With the help of sponsors Pull the Trigger and Wide Eye Media, they delivered a fresh kind of charity ad, which used sneaker culture to drive awareness of Concern among a young demographic. The ad launched in October, and ran for six weeks in every cinema in Ireland.
