OFFSITE just wouldn’t be the same without Offsketch, and we’re delighted to be teaming up with again with top Illustrators  Steve Doogan & Steve Simpson for a sketch crawl around some of Dublin’s more interesting parks and buildings.

Starting at 10am at The Public House  agency, just to the left of the Ebow gallery. We’ll do an hour’s warm up sketching there before hitting the streets. Make sure you dress warm, it may be a bit…fresh out there. We’ll be taking in all the sights: Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Chester Beatty, Temple Bar, and a bunch of other nooks and crannies filled with great local oddities. If it gets wet we’ll hit the cafes and pubs – nothing like a nice spot of people sketching. We all meet back at The Public House at 5pm complimentary drinks provided by Beck’s and a show of our day’s work. There may be some rubbish prizes handed out for the most notable efforts, so sharpen those pencils!

Hot tip #1: folding tripod chairs are a sketchers best friend.

Hot tip #2: why not go a bit larger this time?

All sizes welcome. See you there!
