SERVICE DESIGN

WORKSHOP WITH IBM

A collaborative design experience, with Peter Fossick, Tim Macarthur and Diego Dalia from IBM’s Dublin Design Studio. Attendees were introduced to some of the IBM Design Thinking methods that they use in their roles as Service Designers.

Attendees got an insight into human-centred co-creation practices, moving through a series of activities to generate and resonance test innovative ideas for solutions to problems.

This session suited design students or design practitioners (UX/Interaction/Graphic/Research, etc.) who would like to get an idea of how to apply design thinking in their work.

The examination of users, their journeys and touchpoints encountered will benefit design practitioners from a range of different sectors, such as financial services, public services, retail and more.
