We’re very lucky to host two wonderful contemporary illustrators. Both are multi award-winning, prolific, influential as well as being really nice people! They perfectly encapsulate the modern illustrator working across a multitude of platforms from editorial, books, packaging, animation, posters and even ceramics.

We are really looking forward to them providing insights into their process and aesthetic when take to our stage in Sheffield in less than 7 weeks on October 21st & 22nd.

“My work is nostalgic because I was surrounded by nostalgic imagery, as well as stories of the past when I was younger. This has then gone on to inform themes that I revisit, together with icons or a bias in my work.”

STEVE SIMPSON


“I usually have up to 10 jobs on my desk at any one time so when I do hit creative block I simply move onto another job. Usually my blocks are about problem solving, finding the right imagery to get a complex message across – these tend to sit at the back of my brain and work themselves out.”

Tickets prices range from £60-£200 with discounts for Groups and Students as well as Day tickets.
